     First, create an account with caster.fm. Then, install a broadcasting tool. I use Broadcast Using This Tool. To play the audio from your computer, install BlackHole 16 channel. To do this install Brew if you are on Mac or Linux. After you do that, type the command in your Terminal, “brew install blackhole 16 ch”. Set your computer to output audio to BlackHole, and set Broadcast Using This Tool to stream from BlackHole. Although the max bitrate listed for a free caster.fm account is 96 kbps, set Broadcast Using This Tool to stream at 80 kbps. For some reason, if you set it to 96, it goes over 96 kbps. Play the programming of your choice through your computer, and tune in on another device. you might want to ensure your music is properly licensed. Set up the website and soon you will be ready!
